SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Kawaii Clip Studio (operated by Pulse Oil Corp). We are delighted to deliver our collection of cute keychains, phone charms, and luggage tags safely to customers across North America and worldwide.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).

  • Peak Seasons & Launches: During high-volume periods (such as holiday sales or new collection releases), fulfillment times may extend to 3 to 5 business days.

  • You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, delivery location, and shipping method chosen. Because our accessories (keychains, straps, and tags) are lightweight, we offer cost-effective padded envelope and box parcel rates.

3. Packaging & Item Protection

We take extra care to ensure your cute accessories arrive in pristine condition:

  • All keychains, phone charms, and luggage tags are individually poly-bagged and cushioned inside bubble-lined mailers or protective boxes to prevent scratches or broken clasps during transit.

  • Acrylic Film Notice: Acrylic keychains and tags come with a clear protective film on one or both sides to shield them from scratches. Please peel off the film upon arrival for maximum clarity and shine.

4. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

  • Canada Orders: Applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST/PST/HST) are calculated and collected at checkout.

  • International Orders (USA & Rest of World): Shipments outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority.

  • Pulse Oil Corp is not responsible for these external customs charges. All duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Double-Check Address Details: Please ensure that your delivery address, unit number, and postal/ZIP code are entered correctly during checkout.

  • Address Errors: Pulse Oil Corp is not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can no longer alter the shipping destination.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Tracking Updates: Tracking numbers may take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment dispatch.

  • Delayed Packages: If your package has not moved or arrived after 14 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can open an investigation with the postal carrier.

  • Stolen Mail: Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location. We are not responsible for packages stolen after verified delivery by the carrier.
